I'm a Lead AI Engineer and Co-Founder of Sancrisoft. I build and scale software products with agents and AI-native systems built in by default, with end-to-end ownership from architecture to production.

These days most of my work lives in three places: designing agentic workflows that actually run in production, building the eval and observability layer that keeps them trustworthy, and helping engineering teams shift to AI-native delivery without losing the discipline that makes software ship in the first place.

I work closely with the business to turn unclear requirements — including the “we should be doing something with AI” kind — into features customers actually use. My focus stays pragmatic: ship reliably, keep systems maintainable, balance speed, cost, and quality.
